Returns:
7- day Money back guarantee on any order if not completely satisfied. Libraries receive 30-day money back guarantee for individual items that cost less than $300.00. Postage and handling is not refundable.

Delivery:
We normally ship UPS Ground within a few days of receiving an order. If an item is not in stock or is on order you will be promptly notified.
